Mark van Hove

Partner

Mark is the founder of Realfort. Realfort is a Dutch asset management company and has a broad client base including (listed) property funds, family offices and other parties. His real estate carreer started in brokerage. Since then he was a senior manager with EY Real Estate Advisory Services and portfolio manager at Bouwinvest and Vesteda. Currently he focuses on asset management, financing and structuring real estate. Mark has over 22 years of experience in the Dutch real estate industry.

Harry Groot

Partner

Harry is an experienced and pragmatic financial manager. Within the Realfort team he is responsible for financial reporting, periodic reporting to clients, real estate finance and managing the real estate administration team. His international real estate experience in finance and accounting enables Harry to create transparancy and insight in complex financial structures. Within Prospr Harry is responsible for Finance and Compliance.
